No.   Our main philosophy and goal is to help non-owners become owners by finding and financing a home in a traditional purchase transaction.  We can arrange RENT TO OWN for those who are qualified candidates.

WHAT IF I / WE WERE BANKRUPT?

We can help those who have had a past bankruptcy or proposal.   

IS BEING SELF-EMPLOYED A PROBLEM?

Generally not.   Self-employed clients usually need to have stronger credit or at least 5% down payment.     

WHAT PROPERTY CAN WE BUY?

We can assist you with any property in the GTA.
